Key Responsibilities- Monitor and oversee Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all institutional examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by candidates.
- Supervise the conduct of examinations proactively to prevent any form of malpractice or academic dishonesty.
- Assist efficiently in the secure distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate reports on examination conduct and attendance to the university management.
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution coupled with relevant technical experience.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must currently reside in Kazaure, Jigawa State, or its immediate environs.
- Strong computer, technical, and web-operating skills for managing CBT platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with an eye for detail.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, punctuality, and unwavering attention to duty.
