Key Responsibilities- Monitoring computer-based testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical operations.
- Ensuring strict adherence to institutional examination rules, guidelines, and protocols.
- Supervising the conduct of students during assessments to proactively prevent examination malpractice.
- Assisting in the secure distribution, tracking, and collection of relevant examination materials.
- Compiling and submitting comprehensive reports on examination conduct and incidents to management.
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a higher education setting.
- Must currently reside in Gusau to facilitate prompt physical presence at the designated center.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based platforms and CBT software.
