About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor to join our team in Ebonyi. In this temporary role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the smooth administration of computer-based tests for our growing student body.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations to ensure a seamless testing experience.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all university examination rules, policies, and guidelines.
- Supervising the conduct of examinations proactively to prevent any form of malpractice.
- Assisting efficiently in the distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compiling and submitting comprehensive reports on exam conduct and attendance to management.
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution coupled with relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Ebonyi State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications and platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, observational, and time-management skills.
