Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Biochemistry.
- Design, update, and implement curriculum materials in line with NUC standards and global best practices.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic field activities.
- Participate actively in department meetings, curriculum development, and university committee assignments.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students to support their holistic development.
- Assist in the administration of departmental examinations, grading, and continuous assessment processes.
- Possession of a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry or a closely related academic discipline.
- Demonstrated potential or proven track record in academic teaching and scholarly research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills suited for higher education.
