About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is seeking a diligent and experienced Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor for our upcoming examinations in Asaba, Delta State. In this vital role, you will uphold academic standards, ensure the smooth execution of computer-based tests (CBT), and maintain a secure testing environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical and logistical execution.
- Enforce strict adherence to university examination rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Supervise candidates actively to prevent any form of examination malpractice or irregularity.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports promptly after each examination session.
- A minimum of a Master’s degree from a recognized institution with relevant professional experience.
- Prior verifiable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Asaba, Delta State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based platforms and CBT software.
