About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in Abuja, Nigeria, is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy professional to join our team as an Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor in Adamawa. In this temporary role, you will play a crucial part in upholding academic integrity and ensuring our examination processes run smoothly and efficiently in accordance with institutional guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure a seamless technical experience for students.
- Ensure strict adherence to all university examination rules, regulations, and guidelines throughout the assessment period.
- Supervise and actively monitor the conduct of candidates to prevent any form of examination malpractice.
- Assist in the secure distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university administration after each examination session.
- Possession of a minimum of a Master's Degree from a recognized institution along with relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary education setting.
- Must be currently resident in Adamawa.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications and digital platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
