About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor in Abia. In this temporary role, you will play a critical part in upholding academic standards by overseeing computer-based testing (CBT) and maintaining a secure testing environment for our distance learners. Key Responsibilities- Monitor computer-based testing (CBT) sessions to ensure seamless technical execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all institutional examination rules, guidelines, and protocols.
- Supervise candidates actively to prevent any form of examination malpractice or irregularities.
- Assist efficiently in the distribution, management, and collection of necessary examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports promptly after each examination session.
- A minimum of a Master Degree obtained from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be a resident of Abia State or the specified examination location.
- Strong computer literacy, technical troubleshooting, and web operating skills.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and strict attention to duty.
