We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our Finance department and contribute to our continued growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
- Support audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Generate financial reports and provide data analysis to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collections
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience in a hospital, healthcare, or HMO environment (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations and financial compliance standards
