About the Role
We are recruiting a professional Accounts Officer to join our Finance team at ABUAD Healthcare Limited. As a trusted Health Maintenance Organisation operating nationwide, we require a meticulous accounting professional to support our financial operations and maintain our accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process invoices, receipts, and financial transactions accurately
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the preparation of financial documents for audits
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash management functions
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Minimum B.Sc qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Relevant experience in accounting operations is advantageous
