Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations, including fee collection, invoicing, and financial record keeping.
- Reconcile bank accounts, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding tuition payments professionally.
- Maintain accurate financial databases utilizing modern school management systems and accounting software.
- Prepare regular financial reports, summaries, and budget updates for school management.
- Collaborate with administrative and academic staff to streamline fee administration and financial communications with parents.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or fee administration, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and school management software.
- Technology-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to adopt new administrative and financial tools.
