We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Accounting Teacher to join our dynamic faculty and inspire the next generation of financial leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive accounting lessons in accordance with the college curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to active learning and critical thinking.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations and foundational tertiary assessments.
- Integrate modern digital tools and ICT literacy into daily accounting instructions.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and continuous professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary or advanced-level educational institution.
- Strong understanding of modern accounting principles and financial practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate digital learning technology into traditional teaching methods.
