Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging accounting lessons aligned with the national curriculum and international standards
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and educational materials for secondary school accounting programs
- Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and continuous evaluation
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to help students excel in accounting subjects
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents regarding academic performance
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Proven teaching experience in accounting or finance at secondary school level
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in a collaborative learning environment
- Professional teaching certification or license (preferred)
