We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounting Manager on behalf of our client in the luxury hospitality, salon, and spa sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with impeccable professional presentation, ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate daily revenue reconciliation for salon, spa, and bar operations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and vendor reconciliations.
- Conduct thorough daily and monthly accounting tasks, minimizing errors and unexplained variances.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Enforce internal financial controls and contribute proactively to revenue protection and cost control.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Progress towards or completion of professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a reputable luxury salon, spa, or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and industry-specific PMS software.
- Exceptional numerical, analytical, and communication skills with an uncompromising standard of integrity.
