Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Accounting, Business Management, and Economics in alignment with advanced-level curricula.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to evaluate student progress and academic growth.
- Integrate modern digital tools and ICT literacy into daily classroom instruction to enhance student engagement and technical proficiency.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students preparing for tertiary education and professional careers.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and continuous professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary or advanced-level institution.
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogical techniques and digital transformation in education.
