Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.
- Interpret financial data and provide strategic guidance to support key business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting business performance and cash flow planning.
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including transaction postings, reconciliations, and record maintenance.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure healthy cash flow and timely collections.
- Develop and improve automated reporting tools and internal financial processes for greater efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements in Nigeria.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- B.Sc. degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completed ICAN certification is strictly required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibilities.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Prior experience supervising junior team members will be an added advantage.
