Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Accounting and Commerce to secondary school students in alignment with approved academic curricula.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to evaluate student progress and academic performance.
- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom management style that fosters active student participation and learning.
- Monitor student development, provide constructive feedback, and offer extra support to struggling learners when necessary.
- Integrate modern ICT tools and interactive teaching methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and subject engagement.
- Uphold and promote the Islamic values, ethos, and moral standards of the institution both inside and outside the classroom.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, professional development programs, and extra-curricular events as required by management.
- Minimum of a B.Sc., B.Ed., HND, or PGD in Education, or any other relevant teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated strong subject matter expertise in Accounting and Commerce with proven lesson delivery skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong classroom management skills with a proven track record of maintaining order and discipline constructively.
- ICT literacy is a distinct added advantage for modern lesson delivery.
- Familiarity with and adherence to Islamic values and principles will be considered an added advantage.
