Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and process daily accounting entries.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash-flow statements.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor operating expenses, revenues, and outstanding receivables.
- Utilize Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software for daily accounting operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax requirements and internal financial controls.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally software; familiarity with QuickBooks or Sage is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- ICAN or ACCA certification/part-qualification will be an added advantage.
