About the Role
De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites is a premier luxury destination known for elegance, comfort, and unmatched hospitality. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Night Auditor / Manager to oversee our overnight operations, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction during the night shift. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests after hours, combining night audit duties with front desk management to deliver a seamless hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities- Balance and reconcile daily financial accounts, ledgers, and transactions from the day shift.
- Manage front desk activities, including smooth overnight guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by arranging wake-up calls, concierge services, and attending to guest preferences.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly, coordinating with relevant hotel departments when necessary.
- Process and create invoices, bills, and checks for vendors, employees, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date official documentation pertaining to night operations and audits.
- Verify that all end-of-day activities and reports are successfully completed across all hotel departments.
- Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and process potential room bookings.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong numerical proficiency and experience with financial reconciliation and accounting basics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail during night hours.
