About the Role

We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at our Victoria Island office in Lagos, playing a pivotal role in supporting our continued growth and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and bookkeeping procedures.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and comprehensive periodic reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian accounting regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies.
- Conduct advanced financial analysis and modelling to support strategic business decisions using Microsoft Excel and SAGE Accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate internal and external audit processes effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Possession of a recognized professional accounting certification (such as ACA or ACCA) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience as a financial accountant, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in SAGE Accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate bookkeeping standards.
