About the Role

Our dynamic Strategy practice in Nigeria is currently looking for talented Managers and Senior Managers to help clients navigate complex business landscapes, digital disruption, and large-scale transformations across diverse sectors including financial services, telecommunications, FMCG, and the public sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on transformational strategies, operating models, and innovative business solutions.
- Drive client outcomes involving customer experience, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of project teams, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to timelines.
- Facilitate client workshops and present strategic insights enabled by deep industry knowledge and strong communication.
- Lead business development initiatives by crafting compelling value propositions and participating in opportunity pursuits.
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and support their professional growth.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- A relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience within management consulting, financial services, technology, FMCG, or telecommunications.
- Proven expertise in strategy consulting areas such as strategic growth, operational performance improvement, or digital strategy.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performing project teams and solving complex, ambiguous business problems.
- Exceptional analytical, facilitation, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
