In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation and documentation of all funds collected by our field deposit mobilizers, ensuring absolute financial integrity and transparency across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of all funds collected by deposit mobilizers against field reports and system logs.
- Verify and confirm exact cash and digital fund amounts retrieved from mobilizers prior to vaulting or banking operations.
- Maintain meticulous financial documentation, ensuring all collected monies are properly recorded and ledger accounts remain audit-ready.
- Promptly investigate, flag, and resolve discrepancies between mobilizer collections, field reports, and physical cash or bank deposits.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing collection trends, mobilizer performance, and overall reconciliation statuses for management review.
- Minimum of an OND qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 0 to 2 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Applicants must reside in or close to Bodija and Agunpa areas in Oyo State for seamless proximity to the workplace.
