Key Responsibilities- Reconcile the company bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers accurately on a regular basis.
- Complete comprehensive analysis of employee expenditures to ensure alignment with company policy.
- Manage income and expenditure accounts efficiently to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports using income and expenditure data for management review.
- Monitor the company financial status closely and provide strategic insights based on financial health.
- File and remit taxes and other statutory financial obligations promptly to avoid penalties.
- Initiate, manage, and optimize the financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Provide detailed reports on all daily, weekly, and monthly financial activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in using modern financial and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of Nigerian tax laws and statutory financial obligations.
