Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business operations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure proper tracking and accountability.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal company policies.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and professional explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in an accounting or financial role.
- Strong working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
