Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries regarding accounts, process payments efficiently, and resolve complaints to guarantee high satisfaction.
- Manage account maintenance duties including opening and closing accounts, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with daily transaction processing such as deposits, withdrawals, and thorough tracking to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure all banking activities strictly comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive internal support to the wider banking team with administrative duties and financial report reviews.
- Hold an OND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of proven experience in banking operations, commercial or business banking support, and client onboarding.
- Demonstrate high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in recording financial data and checking documents.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Show strong competence in using banking software, computer systems, and digital banking platforms.
- Must reside close to Alaba or within easily accessible proximity to the designated work location.
