About the Role
Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital, a renowned international healthcare provider with a robust network of 42 eye hospitals across India and Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Officer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage financial transactions, oversee referral partner accounts, and ensure seamless coordination between our clinical and administrative departments to support our mission of delivering world-class eye care services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update comprehensive records of referral doctors, clinics, and health maintenance organizations (HMOs).
- Calculate, verify, and process commission payments and referral fees accurately and promptly.
- Manage accounts receivable, generate patient invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances from partner institutions.
- Maintain and update CRM databases, meticulously tracking patient volumes and referral sources.
- Reconcile referral account transactions with the general ledger and generate detailed weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Act as the primary liaison for referral partners regarding billing, payment queries, and patient status updates.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to evaluate the ROI and success of physician-targeted promotional campaigns.
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records and high proficiency in Microsoft Office are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, are strictly required.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Sage 50, QuickBooks, or hospital information systems (HIS).
