About the Role
Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital is a renowned international eye care provider with a strong network of 42 specialized hospitals across India and Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Account Executive to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in bridging our finance and partnership operations, ensuring seamless financial reconciliation, accurate invoicing, and robust management of our referral networks to support our mission of delivering world-class eye care services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update comprehensive records of referral doctors, clinics, and health maintenance organizations (HMOs).
- Calculate, verify, and process commission and referral fee payments for referring practitioners and partner institutions.
- Manage patient invoices, ensure precise billing, and follow up diligently on outstanding payments from partners.
- Maintain and update CRM databases of all referral sources while tracking patient volume trends.
- Reconcile referral account transactions with the general ledger and prepare accurate weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from referral partners regarding billing, payments, and patient statuses.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to evaluate the success of campaigns and promotional events targeted at physicians.
- Possess a BSc or HND in Accounting from a recognized institution.
- Bring 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Account Officer, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for interpreting referral data and managing complex financial records.
- Show proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, alongside experience with accounting software such as SAP, Sage 50, QuickBooks, or hospital information systems.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Maintain a meticulous approach to data recording to guarantee absolute accuracy in invoicing and payments.
