Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Monitor income, expenses, and overall budget performance.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll schedules and ensure complete statutory compliance.
- Handle tax documentation and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Track accounts receivable and payable to ensure optimal cash flow management.
- Generate timely weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Support internal and external audit processes with meticulous documentation.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven accounting experience in a structured organization.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software is mandatory.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must reside within close proximity to Isolo, Lagos (Off Osolo Way).
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
