About the Role
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, the country's most prominent producer of polyether foam products, furniture, and lifestyle goods, is looking for a dedicated and analytical Account Officer to support our growing Finance and Accounting department. Key Responsibilities- Raise all payment advices and debit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Attach Local Purchase Orders (LPO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and stamp invoices for supply chain and fixed asset approvals.
- Record and transmit all payment advices to the central accounts department.
- Compute landing costs accurately using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Digitize all financial documents and maintain an organized physical and electronic filing system.
- Handle other designated accounting and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Strictly for Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or related disciplines.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience.
- Candidates must reside around Ikeja and its immediate environs for ease of commute.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical accuracy.
