About the Role
Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital is a renowned international eye care provider with a strong network of 42 state-of-the-art hospitals across India and Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging our financial operations with our referral partner network, ensuring seamless commission processing, accurate invoicing, and robust stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update comprehensive records of referral doctors, clinics, and health maintenance organizations (HMOs).
- Calculate, verify, and process accurate payments, commissions, and referral fees for practitioners and institutions.
- Manage patient billing, generate invoices for referred patients, and actively follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Maintain and update CRM databases to effectively track patient volumes and referral sources.
- Reconcile referral account transactions with the general ledger and prepare detailed periodic reports on revenue and trends.
- Act as the primary liaison for all billing, payment, and patient status inquiries from our esteemed referral partners.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to evaluate the ROI and success of promotional campaigns targeting physicians.
- Possess a minimum of a BSc or HND in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Bring 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Account Officer, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for interpreting referral data and managing complex financial records.
- Showcase high proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software such as Sage 50, SAP, QuickBooks, or Hospital Information Systems.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to foster strong external partnerships.
