We are currently looking for a diligent and skilled Account Associate to join our growing finance team and contribute to our impactful mission.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll, financial reports, and statements in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory accounting records and reconcile stock levels with financial data.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related numerate discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of standard bookkeeping principles, payroll management, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting or inventory management software.
- Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in the agriculture sector or commodity trading environment will be a distinct advantage.
