Key Responsibilities- Lead curriculum development and implementation aligned with Nigerian and British educational standards
- Oversee academic performance, student progress monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage school operations, staff coordination, and administrative processes
- Build and mentor high-performing teaching teams while promoting professional development
- Foster community engagement and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and quality assurance standards
- Integrate ICT solutions into teaching and learning processes
- Champion character education and moral values development across all levels
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in educational institutions
- Demonstrated track record in school improvement and team leadership
- In-depth knowledge of child development and character education
- Strong understanding of Nigerian and British curricula
- Proficiency in ICT applications and educational technology
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
