Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and rigorous History lessons aligned with the Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel A Level curriculum.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations by fostering critical thinking, source analysis, and essay-writing skills.
- Create comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment conducive to advanced historical inquiry.
- Participate actively in department meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in History, Education, or a related discipline (Master Degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience teaching History at the A Level or post-secondary level.
- In-depth knowledge of British curriculum standards and modern assessment methods.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
