About the Role
Teesas Education App, Africa's premier learning gateway, is seeking two visionary and results-driven A-Level Principals to join our dynamic academic leadership team in Ikate and Ajah, Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will champion our mission to deliver top-tier educational solutions, blending innovative digital learning with rigorous classroom standards to help students achieve superior grades in their higher examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic leadership and administrative oversight for the A-Level program across designated locations.
- Ensure seamless implementation of the Cambridge A-Level curriculum, maintaining the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and manage high-performing teaching staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor student academic progress, attendance, and overall performance, implementing targeted interventions where necessary.
- Collaborate with the product and curriculum development teams at Teesas to integrate our cutting-edge app features and video tutorials effectively into the physical learning environment.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with parents regarding student development and institutional goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree is strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in education, with a proven track record in academic leadership and A-Level teaching.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the Cambridge A-Level curriculum and international examination standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in staff management, operational planning, and institutional administration.
- Cambridge certification or specialized training will be a distinct advantage.
