About the Role
Are you passionate about community health and social impact? Positive Care & Development Foundation (PDF), a leading Nigerian Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to mitigating public health issues and disabilities, is seeking dynamic Zonal Outreach Officers. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating volunteer recruitment and driving strategic project implementation across communities and wards in Kwara, Kebbi, and Ekiti States. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the recruitment, training, and management of community mobilizers and volunteers.
- Conduct active clubfoot case finding, identify affected children, and facilitate referrals to designated health facilities.
- Ensure smooth enrollment of identified children into comprehensive treatment programs.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other digital tools to generate accurate project reports and track milestones.
- Engage with local community leaders and stakeholders to foster grassroots support for health interventions.
- Must currently reside in one of the project implementation states: Kwara, Kebbi, or Ekiti.
- Proven previous experience in NGO project implementation and community mobilization.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and either Hausa or Yoruba, matching the target implementation state.
- Strong digital literacy, specifically proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
