We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Yoruba Teacher to join our esteemed faculty and inspire students to excel in their native language studies.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Yoruba language, literature, and cultural studies to Senior Secondary School students in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Prepare students comprehensively for major external examinations including UTME, WAEC, and NECO.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, interactive teaching aids, and effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate academic records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding performance.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities related to cultural heritage.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE, or OND in Yoruba Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary school level.
- Deep understanding of WAEC, NECO, and UTME Yoruba syllabi and examination formats.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
