About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Workflow Analyst to join our team in Nigeria, focusing on optimizing IT document business processes to make workflows efficient, accurate, and cost-effective. In this pivotal role, you will identify operational bottlenecks, gather comprehensive IT requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement impactful process enhancements and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and map out detailed workflows, procedures, and process requirements.
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders, translating complex operational needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Monitor workflow performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage critical enterprise applications, including USDM, FIRS Integration, Oracle ERP, and various middleware layers.
- Ensure strict adherence to telecom, security, data privacy, and regulatory standards during releases and deployments.
- Collaborate closely with IT, operations, business teams, and external vendors to streamline system availability and performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP will be a strong added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in system automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Strong technical knowledge of OCP, Linux systems, application integrations, APIs, and networking environments.
