Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and adjust winding machines efficiently to meet daily production schedules.
- Inspect finished products rigorously to ensure they meet strict quality control standards.
- Oversee the packaging production line and promptly report any mechanical faults or operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve overall plant productivity targets.
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating machinery within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Thorough practical knowledge of winding operations and packaging production line processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and report equipment issues proactively.
