We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Wig Specialist to join our dynamic team of beauty professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, customizing, and maintaining luxury wigs to meet the sophisticated standards of our high-end clientele. Key Responsibilities- Construct, ventilate, and customize high-end human hair wigs according to client specifications and current luxury beauty trends.
- Style, cut, color, and maintain wigs to ensure a flawless, natural appearance.
- Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences, scalp care needs, and desired aesthetics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation adhering to salon safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow stylists and salon staff to ensure seamless daily operations and client satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience as a wig specialist, stylist, or hair technician.
- Demonstrated proficiency in wig construction, custom coloring, styling, and general maintenance.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude suited for a luxury salon environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
