About the Role
Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited, a leading indigenous multidisciplinary organization specializing in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation services within the oil and gas sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellwork Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising offshore wellwork activities, ensuring that all operations are executed in strict accordance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company safety policies.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all offshore wellwork, intervention, and completion operations to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards across all job sites.
- Coordinate daily activities with contractors, service providers, and multidisciplinary offshore engineering teams.
- Monitor equipment performance, well conditions, and operational parameters, promptly reporting any anomalies or risks.
- Prepare comprehensive daily operational reports, logs, and end-of-well summaries for management review.
- Implement cost-effective operational strategies without compromising safety or service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Geosciences, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven supervisory experience in offshore wellwork, interventions, or drilling operations within the oil and gas industry.
- Valid industry-standard offshore certifications, including BOSIET/HUET, IWCF or equivalent well control certification, and medical fitness certificates.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure offshore environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian oil and gas industry regulations and local content guidelines.
