Key Responsibilities- Perform high-precision stainless steel welding and standard electric welding for various industrial equipment and piping systems.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install metal parts and structures according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and timely repairs on production machinery to minimize operational downtime.
- Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure they meet stringent quality, durability, and safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental guidelines while operating welding equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve plant equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of all workshop tools and materials.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as a Welder Technician, preferably within a manufacturing or beverage production environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in specialized stainless steel welding (TIG/MIG) and standard electric arc welding techniques.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering precise, durable results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial team.
- Relevant technical certification, trade test certificate, or vocational training in welding and fabrication.
