About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Isolo, Lagos. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate team members, and ensure that all logistical operations run efficiently and on schedule. We are preferably seeking a firm, physically active female candidate capable of maintaining discipline and driving productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff and loaders.
- Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
- Ensure loaders properly handle the loading, unloading, and arrangement of goods.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to warehouse rules and safety procedures.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities and staff performance.
- Minimum of OND/HND in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory, or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
- Firm, responsible, and capable of enforcing workplace standards.
- Good communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
- Physically active and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦150,000.
