About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic facility in Oke Ado, Oyo State. In this vital role, you will ensure seamless inventory management, maintain accurate operational records, and enforce safety and compliance standards to support our rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of food products and retail goods.
- Manage inventory control and conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and digital records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Enforce strict adherence to warehouse safety rules, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance protocols.
- Supervise warehouse staff, delegate daily tasks, and foster a productive and collaborative working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Officer, or in a similar operational role within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities in Oke Ado, Oyo.
