About the Role
Sany Nigeria is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our growing logistics team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that spare parts and heavy equipment are efficiently received, stored, and dispatched to meet our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Receive overseas container shipments, carefully verifying parts against packing lists, sorting inventory, and ensuring proper storage within designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in both the ERP system and physical warehouse locations, conducting regular stock counts and audits to achieve high inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, document, and prepare spare parts for customer delivery, ensuring all inventory movements are properly recorded and dispatched on time.
- Record inventory transactions accurately and in real time, monitor stock movements, and utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain inventory visibility and reporting accuracy.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, or logistics.
- ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent inventory modules, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Valid certification and proven ability to operate a forklift for handling heavy equipment and industrial components safely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when operational requirements demand.
- Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English will be considered a strong added advantage.
