About the Role
SANY Nigeria is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Specialist to support the daily operations of our heavy equipment spare parts warehouse in Abuja. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced warehouse and inventory professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing large volumes of stock, and ensures the seamless movement of heavy machinery parts from receipt to final customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Receive overseas container shipments, carefully verify parts against packing lists, sort inventory, and ensure proper storage within designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain immaculate inventory records in both the ERP system and physical warehouse locations, conducting regular stock counts and audits to guarantee high stock accuracy.
- Pick, pack, document, and prepare heavy equipment spare parts for timely customer delivery while ensuring all inventory movements are accurately recorded.
- Record inventory transactions in real time, monitor stock movements, and utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain complete inventory visibility and comprehensive reporting accuracy.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, logistics, or a closely related supply chain role.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling large inventories with high SKU volumes in an industrial or heavy equipment setting.
- Strong proficiency in enterprise resource planning ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Possession of an ND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid forklift operating license with proven hands-on driving ability is strictly required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when operational demands require.
- Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English will be considered a strong added advantage.
