About the Role
BOURBON Oil & Gas is a global leader in marine services, delivering operational excellence to continental and deepwater offshore clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining seamless supply chain operations by ensuring accurate stock management, safe storage practices, and efficient material dispatch for our vessels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all daily stock movements, inventory tracking, and warehousing documentation using Oracle.
- Receive, inspect, arrange, and store incoming materials and spare parts properly within containers and warehouse facilities.
- Dispatch requested spare parts and materials efficiently to support vessel operations.
- Coordinate the collection and re-dispatch of used spare parts to technical teams for overhauling while minimizing waste and new part consumption.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts, spot checks, and maintain up-to-date archiving of all stock movement documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across the warehouse floor, containers, and jetty areas.
- Maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping, tidiness, and organized material arrangement in all assigned work zones.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification in warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in warehousing, stock management, and supply chain operations.
- Prior working experience in the marine, oil and gas, or logistics industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, specifically Oracle, with strong attention to detail.
