About the Role
M-KOPA is a fast-growing FinTech company offering millions of underbanked customers across Africa access to life-enhancing products and services. From our roots as the pioneer in pay-as-you-go solar energy, we have grown into a leading connected asset financing platform. We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to drive operational excellence, manage inventory accuracy, and lead our warehouse and provisioning teams in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee customs and import clearance processes, resolve delivery discrepancies, and maintain strict adherence to stock control and FIFO policies.
- Manage daily allocation planning, ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met across flashing, enrolment, and locking, and resolve operational escalations.
- Maintain IMEI upload accuracy across M-KOPANet, AX, KG, and HMD Softlock systems.
- Oversee Ready for Sale (RFS) reconciliation and maintain high-quality standards for all stored and dispatched assets.
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reconciliations with real-time Dynamics transaction precision.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide Handlers and the Provisioning Team while effectively communicating updates to key stakeholders.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc in a business-related field, with a diploma in Store/Warehouse Management or Procurement being an added advantage.
- Over 3 years of proven work experience in a similar warehouse leadership position.
- Hands-on experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and advanced inventory management systems.
