About the Role
Lexworld Hotels is a modern premium hospitality destination located in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. The property is positioned close to the western entry points of Aba, making it a highly accessible choice for travelers and business executives looking to connect with the industrial zones of Osisioma. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team and deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival in the dining area.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and transmit them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Process billing accurately and manage payment transactions using hotel point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining stations, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Minimum educational qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a waitress in a reputable hotel or hospitality industry.
- Must be computer literate with familiarity in hospitality software or POS systems.
- Applicants must be 24 years of age and above.
- Possess excellent communication skills, professional etiquette, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
