About the Role
Khadasha Innovations Africa is a strategic innovation and capacity-building firm dedicated to empowering organisations across Africa to operate more effectively, think more creatively, and scale sustainably. We are currently seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waitress to join our hospitality team and provide exceptional food and beverage service to our esteemed guests. The successful candidate will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of hospitality by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, explain available meals and beverages, and take accurate guest orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with established hospitality standards.
- Set, clear, and maintain dining tables before, during, and after service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
- Process payments accurately and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system when required.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and rooftop service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the dining and service areas.
- Minimum of an SSCE / WAEC or equivalent academic qualification.
- Previous experience working as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and table etiquette.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Must be well-groomed, polite, energetic, and deeply customer-focused.
