Strategically positioned at Plot 997 Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour Street within the Jahi/Gwarinpa district, the property operates as an upscale urban retreat designed to meet the rigorous demands of executive travelers and corporate delegations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and polished Waiter / Waitress to join our dynamic front-of-house team and uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Monitor dining areas continuously to ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and handle any requests or complaints gracefully.
- Process payments accurately and maintain cleanliness and proper organization of dining stations and tables throughout shifts.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Immaculate personal presentation, high level of professionalism, and adherence to luxury service etiquette.
