We are currently looking for a dedicated and energetic Waiter to join our hospitality operations, ensuring our guests receive world-class service, prompt attention, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests promptly, present menus, and offer expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take orders accurately and input them seamlessly into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system while noting dietary preferences.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to established safety and hospitality standards.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and proper setup of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest feedback or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to guarantee smooth service operations.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate; a diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills with a polite and courteous demeanor.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings in a fast-paced environment.
